Sessions are designed to support social-emotional and behavioral growth through structured guidance, consistency, and real-life application.
While this mentorship provides meaningful support, it does not constitute therapy or psychological treatment. The focus is on building confidence, strengthening decision-making skills, and developing positive behavioral patterns through a supportive, relationship-based approach.
Each client begins with an initial intake to identify specific needs and goals. From there, sessions are customized, with ongoing communication and progress updates to ensure alignment and continued growth.
This Was the Turning Point for My Child
“My daughter is diagnosed with autism and other health impairments. During my frustrations in the 2017-2019 school year and my feelings of being overwhelmed with IEP meetings, lack of sufficient goals, accommodations, and noticing my daughter’s IEP case plan wasn’t specifically personalized for her I decided to seek outside help.
When I found E’Ryn Unlimited – I found the impeccable advocate team for my daughter and she’s now been unlimited in her success.
Mrs. McQueen-Edwards is a true people person who loves speaking with her clients and resolving their questions and concerns. She truly embodies her Mission of meeting needs and exceeding expectations. It is with much enthusiasm that I recommend E’Ryn Unlimited services for you and particularly your child.
I have witnessed the exceptional services given to my daughter and the delightful impact it has made in her IEP case plan & IEP meetings. Mrs. McQueen-Edwards is not only an excellent, hard-working advocate, but has dedicated herself to enriching the lives of our children, students and parents. She is truly special for her compassion and commitment to helping our children and others.
She is an insightful, sensitive, perceptive, and diligent with her client’s needs which in return help parents reinforce and navigate through IEP meetings with their school administrators. She has proven her resilience and strength through helping children with exceptional needs have a successful outcome.
Mrs. McQueen-Edwards displayed a level of creativity, wit and analytical thought when developing my daughter’s IEP goals. She is well experienced with wright’s law, GA DOE, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and other helpful resources that benefit your child’s education, learning styles, accommodations, and future educational success.
She was very detailed with assisting my daughter in receiving Extended School Year Services, advocating for my daughter, requesting IEP team meeting, requesting Independent Evaluations, Functional Assessment of Behavior and Positive Behavior Support Plan, and guidance on ensuring the results were addressed and implemented in her IEP case plan.
Mrs. McQueen-Edwards has been a tremendous contributor to my daughter’s IEP case plan, crafting process documents, goals and accommodations, revising, providing social skills awareness and how it needs to reflect within the IEP goals.
In working with her services I received an educational, empowering, supportive advocacy. More importantly it helped me be a better advocate for my daughter.
I can attest that Mrs. McQueen-Edwards is an impressive, reliable, consistent, and creative Educational Advisor who supports our children, takes initiative, and is an absolute pleasure to work with. My daughter calls Mrs. McQueen-Edwards a super hero and she wants her friends to have her on their IEP Team!”

What Many Parents Don’t Realize
Schools are expected to support students academically, socially, and emotionally…
but many families are left navigating challenges without the support they truly need.
The American School Counselor Association recommends a ratio of 250 students per counselor
In reality, the national average is closer to 400+ students per counselor
This gap often leaves students without the consistent support they need to succeed.
